I specialise in providing 1-1 support and guidance to parents, helping you to take the first steps to making change. Whatever it is, I'm here to help. As a mum and an experienced early years professional, I've been there and we can resolve it together.

Hi, I'm Jade, Mum of two and Certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Coach.

As a Level 6 OCN certified baby and toddler sleep consultant with over 12 years working with children, I am dedicated to offering comprehensive support to parents. My approach is rooted in science-backed research and information, ensuring that your family receives the best guidance for improved sleep and overall well-being. How it works....

At Raising Littles, I provide personalised sleep and behaviour consultations and workshops for the early years. My approach is tailored to meet your family's unique needs, ensuring a nurturing, responsive and effective experience for all.  I work holistically, looking at your child as a whole, including temperament, development and lifestyle.

  • Your first step to getting help is book a free discovery call with me. We can chat for 15 minutes to tell me about your problem and find out if I can help.

  • After making your booking, I will send you a questionnaire to find out everything about you and your family.

  • If I am working to support sleep, I will send you details to complete a 3-4 day sleep diary.

  • We will then have a 1 hour consultation for me to make my suggestions and for you to ask as many questions as you like. 

  • Depending on the package you choose, you will then receive follow-up support on Whatsapp.

​I was really struggling with my twins sleep at 8 months old. They were waking 4+ times a night and I was shattered. I was always a little apprehensive of using a sleep consultant because I’ve never been very good with strict schedules. Jade listened to my concerns and after reviewing our sleep diary suggested some small changes and a loose routine that was easy to follow. Now both twins are sleeping through the night!
